The 5000 square foot Gregory Mansion is the ideal rental for groups. It's the perfect setting for any occasion including family reunions, wedding guests, corporate functions, movie sets, vacations, bachelorette parties, girls getaways, retreats etc. It has a very unique recreation room with a 20 foot high ceiling and includes a big screen TV, a pool table, a bar, two sofas and a gaming table in the turret. The house has multiple large open spaces to enjoy, and an enormous amount of natural light. The architecture has been historically preserved and is stunning.
Built in 1893 The Gregory Mansion is a masterfully restored Queen Anne Victorian home in the historic district of Saco Maine. Saco Maine is close to many popular Southern Maine destinations including Portland, Kennebunk, Ogunquit and Wells. It is minutes away from miles of majestic shoreline and beaches including Old Orchard Beach, Ferry Beach State Park, Wells Beach, and Ogunquit Beach. The Sealander House features 6 bedrooms 5 with queen-sized beds and one with a king-sized bed, Multiple large gathering rooms, 4 bathrooms one featuring a laundry center, 2 full-size fully stocked gourmet kitchens, and 3 outdoor sitting areas.
The First Floor
The first floor has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The first floor also has a half bath. There are 4 large gathering areas: the dining area, the sitting area next to the dining area, the fireplace sitting area, and the super sunny sun room with 19 windows, 2 couches, and a big-screen TV with cable. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a large gas grill on the back porch off the kitchen and a long front porch with two seating areas
The Second Floor
Has 3 bedrooms, the blue bedroom which also has a full-size sleeper sofa the room, the peach bedroom, and a Bird themed bedroom. The second-floor full bathroom includes a wash tower. There are two outdoor sitting areas on the second floor a covered balcony a large deck and a large gas grill with seating for 12
The Third Floor
The third floor features a large open gathering room, a mermaid-themed full bath, a mermaid-themed bedroom, a blue bedroom, and a unique cupola.
